What areas does Little City Treat cover?

Mobile Hair & Beauty Salon Services are available to clients within Edinburgh postcodes EH1 to EH17 and EH22 1, and Newcastle postcodes NE1 to NE13, NE15, NE16, NE20, NE21, NE28, NE29, NE31, NE32, NE35, NE37 & NE40

Do I need to provide anything for the treatment?

No, your beauty professional will bring everything they need. Please see the frequently asked questions on each treatment page for more info on what might be required for specific treatments. You may need enough room for a treatment bed or want a private/relaxing space, or a beauty professional may need access to an electric and water supply etc.

Can I book a specific beauty professional?

Yes, you can choose a specific beauty professional. We complete a thorough recruitment and vetting process and only accept highly qualified beauty professionals to our platform. You can also browse the individual therapist information on the booking system.

Will there be any additional costs to my booking?

No, there would not be any additional charges over and above the booking treatment cost. Should you wish to tip your beauty professional for their service or to cover parking costs, that is completely at your discretion and arranged directly with them.

How do I pay for my booking?

You will be asked to complete your card details when confirming your booking. Your payment is authorised at that point and will show as pending on your card statement, however, the amount is only taken upon completion of your appointment. This allows for a cashless appointment and enables you to relax & enjoy your treatments fully. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking you can do this easily on the My Account page, and your payment will then be cancelled. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes, we have a minimum spend of £23 per booking. This is to ensure that our beauty professionals travelling time between bookings are kept to a minimum.

Do you provide in-room services to guests in hotels?

Yes, absolutely. We frequently visit guests to provide spa and salon services in their hotel rooms in Edinburgh & Newcastle. Just visit our booking system and you will be able to see all the services available and arrange your booking.

Can I still book if I have a health condition/mobility issues?

If you have any health conditions or mobility issues it is important that you let us know the details in advance of your appointment. In many situations, it is difficult for service providers to safely offer treatments and they may be unable to complete your treatments.

All we ask is that you inform us of any conditions prior to the booking and we will do everything that we can to accommodate.
