Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to protect beauty professionals from lost business and costs incurred from arrangements such as childcare and travel.

Should you need to, you can cancel your booking from the Bookings section of your Account page.

Should you have and health or mobility issues that have not been brought to our attention prior to the booking, your service provider may be unable to complete the appointment which will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Any cancellation will be subject to the below cancellation charges.

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to your appointment is free and you will not be charged.
  • Should you cancel your booking within 2 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full value of the booking.
  • Should you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the value of the booking.
  • In the unlikely event that your chosen service provider be unable to fulfill your booking we will:
    1. Find you an alternative therapist to fulfill your booking.
    2. Reschedule your booking to another date/time.
    3. Cancel your booking and refund 100% of the cost.

At point of booking, you are authorising your Service Provider to charge the full price of the booking, less any discounts applied by Little City Treat. No payment will be taken prior to 24 hours before your booking.

Should there be a problem charging your card we will contact you to obtain payment on behalf of the Service Provider.
