Our company offers the services of highly-rated mobile beauty therapists who come to you. We offer a salon-quality service in the comfort of your own home.


How does Little City Treat work?

Our mobile beauty platform allows you to find and book experienced beauty professionals at the touch of a button. Bookings can be made last minute or up to four weeks in advance and the therapist or hairdresser will come to you to provide a quick and convenient alternative to the salon.


What beauty professionals do you work with?

We only work with beauty and massage therapists, hair stylists and make-up artists who have been vetted and tested by us and we believe will offer you treatments at a high standard and have a consistent level of service. Service providers are self-employed, highly trained and experienced, friendly and professional.


Do you offer same day appointments?

Same-day and last-minute appointments are available. You can make your booking up to 1 hour before your appointment start time. Please be advised that last-minute appointments are very popular and available timeslots are taken quickly.


How do I know my treatment will be high quality and safe?

Your selected beauty professional will bring everything they need to give you a high-quality and hygienic treatment as you would expect in any quality beauty salon. Beauty professionals only use high-quality professional products and recognised brands and are trained to a level to have best practice skills.


Can I book a specific beauty professional?

Yes, you can choose a specific therapist, hairdresser, or make-up artist. When selecting your treatments and date you will be presented with all the beauty professionals that can offer your selected treatments. If you would prefer to select a specific person based upon your treatment selection, you can select them from the treatment selection page. We do a thorough recruitment and vetting process and only take on highly qualified beauty professionals so you can be assured of a high-quality, salon-grade service when you book.


Do I need to provide anything for the treatment?

No, your selected beauty professional will bring everything they need. You may need enough room for a treatment bed or want a private/relaxing space, or the therapist or hairstylist may need access to electricity and water supply. Please see the frequently asked questions on each treatment page for more information on what might be required for specific treatments.


What area’s do you cover?

Our mobile beauty professionals currently provide beauty services to clients within Edinburgh postcodes EH1 to EH17 and EH22 1, and Newcastle postcodes NE1 to NE13, NE15 to NE16, NE20 to NE21, NE28 to NE29, NE31 to NE32, NE35, NE37 and NE40.


Do you provide in-room services in hotels?

Yes, absolutely. We frequently visit hotel guests to provide spa and salon services in their hotel rooms in Edinburgh & Newcastle. Just visit our online booking system, select your location, and you will see all the services available and arrange your booking.


What hours do you operate?

Service Providers operate between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm, 7 days a week.


How do I book an appointment?

Visit our online booking system and simply select your treatments, date and beauty professional. Complete the address that you would like us to visit and authorise the payment for your booking.

That's it. You will receive an appointment confirmation email and the therapist will be notified of your booking.

Then sit back and relax, and we will take care of the rest.


How does payment work?

Payment for bookings is authorised when you book and taken upon completion of your appointment. Until payment is taken your card issuer's statement will show the payment as pending. This process makes for a convenient cash-free treatment experience. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment system Stripe.


Can I tip the service provider?

Payment for your treatment is handled in full by Little City Treat. If you would like to tip your service provider for their service or to cover parking costs, that is entirely at the discretion of you and your service provider. There is also a facility on your Little City Treat account page to pay for additional services and can also be used to tip your service provider.


Can I cancel or rearrange my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment through your Account page in the booking system. Your bookings can be viewed in the Bookings section, and from here you can cancel your booking subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Should you wish to reschedule your booking, please cancel your current booking and make a new booking at your preferred date and time.


What beauty services do Little City Treat offer?

Little City Treat beauty professionals offer a wide range of spa & beauty salon treatments, relaxing & therapeutic massage, & hairdressing; excellent for allowing you to have ultimate control of your beauty schedule.


What can I do if I have questions, a complaint or feedback?

We aim to provide a service that is simple to use and as flexible as possible, however, we understand that things don't always go to plan. We welcome all questions and feedback, whether they be positive or negative so that we can work to improve your experience using our beauty platform. Will there be any additional costs to my booking?

No, there would not be any additional charges over and above the price of your booking.

Should you wish to tip your therapist, that is completely at your discretion and arranged directly with your therapist.


Why can't I see the treatment I want to book?

Our booking system is dynamically generated based on the services and availability of our beauty professionals. If you cannot see the service that you are looking for, it means that no service provider offering this service has added any availability. Sometimes we can find beauty therapists at short notice, so feel free to drop us an email with the services you require and your location, and we can see whether we could facilitate your booking.
