What preparations do you have in place for managing Covid-19?
We are very conscious of the importance of keeping both our clients and beauty professionals as safe as possible during the Coronavirus epidemic. We have put together a series of guidelines to ensure that all parties feel comfortable and safe during their appointment.

What is Little City Treat?
Our company offers the services of highly-rated mobile beauty therapists who come to you. We offer a salon-quality service in the comfort of your own home.
How does Little City Treat work?
We have a quick and easy booking system that manages your payments too. You can book multiple treatments in 1 appointment however we ask you to spend a minimum of £23 per booking. We cater for last-minute bookings and up to 3 weeks in advance and handpick the best therapists who come to you and offer a very professional service in the comfort of your own home, hotel or office. Just choose the address you would like us to come to and your selected service provider will be notified of your booking.
What beauty therapists do you work with?
We only work with beauty and massage therapists, hair-stylists and make-up artists who have been vetted and tested by us and we believe will offer you treatments at a high standard and have a consistent level of service. Our service providers are highly trained and experienced, friendly and professional.
How do I know my treatment will be high quality and safe?
Your selected beauty professional will bring everything they need to give you a high-quality and hygienic treatment as you would expect. Our service providers only use high-quality professional products and recognised brands and are trained to a level to have best practice skills.
Can I book a specific beauty professional?
Yes, you can choose a specific therapist, hairdresser, or make-up artist. When selecting your treatments and date you will be presented with all the beauty professionals that can offer your selected treatments. If you would prefer to select a specific person based upon your treatment selection, you can select them from the treatment selection page. We do a thorough recruitment and vetting process and only take on highly qualified beauty professionals so you can be assured of a high-quality, salon-grade service when you book.
Do I need to provide anything for the treatment?
No, your selected beauty professional will bring everything they need, please see frequently asked questions on each treatment page for more information on what might be required for specific treatments. You may need enough room for a treatment bed or want a private/relaxing space, or the therapist or hairstylist may need access to electricity and water supply.
What area’s do you cover?
Our mobile beauty professionals currently provide beauty services to clients within Edinburgh postcodes EH1 to EH17 and Newcastle postcodes NE1 to NE13, NE15 to NE16, NE20 to NE21, NE28 to NE29, NE31 to NE32, NE35, NE37 and NE40.
What hours do you operate?
Service Providers operate between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm, 7 days a week.
How do I book an appointment?
Visit our booking system on the website and simply select your treatments, date, therapist and time. Select the address you would like us to visit and authorise payment for your booking. You will receive a confirmation email and the therapist will be notified of the booking.
Then just relax and we will take care of the rest.
How does payment work?
Payment for bookings is authorised at point of booking and taken upon completion of your appointment, which makes for a convenient cash free treatment experience. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
All payments are processed securely through our third party payment system Stripe.
Can I cancel or rearrange my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment through your Account page in the booking system. Your bookings can be viewed in the Bookings section, and from here you can cancel your booking subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Should you wish to reschedule your booking, please cancel your current booking and make a new booking at your preferred date and time.
What beauty services do Little City Treat offer?
Little City Treat beauty professionals offer a wide range of spa & salon treatments, excellent for allowing you to have ultimate control of your beauty schedule. You can choose all beauty treatments including waxing, nail and eye enhancing treatments, spray tanning, massage, hairdressing, make-up and more.
What can I do if I have questions, a complaint or feedback?
We aim to provide a service that is simple to use and as flexible as possible, however, we understand that things don't always go to plan. We welcome all questions and feedback, whether they be positive or negative so that we can strive to improve your experience using our beauty platform. Will there be any additional costs to my booking?
No, there would not be any additional charges over and above the price of your booking.
Should you wish to tip your therapist, that is completely at your discretion and arranged directly with your therapist.
