Often referred to as "Psychological acupressure", the technique works by tapping meridian points whilst being guided by your practitioner, releasing blockages within the energy system which are the source of emotional intensity and discomfort. These blockages in our energy system, in addition to challenging us emotionally, often lead to limiting beliefs and behaviours and an inability to live life harmoniously.
Our 1:1 online classes are held using Google Meet. If you are using a computer for the video session, you can just use your browser. You will be asked to allow permission for Google meet to access your webcam and microphone. We recommend using Google Chrome, however any modern browser should work.
If you are using a mobile or tablet you will need to download the Google Meet App from the relevant App Store.
When you book an online wellness class, you will recieve an email and calendar event confirming the date and time of your session, along with the video meeting link.
